Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure the optimal performance of our automotive products and services.
What you'll do
-
Validate customer concerns by conducting initial inspection or joint road test with customers

Submitting Initial Inspection Report

Validate the mechanical, electrical, and body & paint works done at the workshop
-
Ensuring that there are no leaks or damage to the under body.

Ensuring user safety through suspension and tire torque.

Confirming the battery life level.
-
Validate the car's fluid levels (Oil, coolant, etc...), as well as the correct tightening of caps.

Validate the functioning of interior and exterior car lights.
-
Validate that the car's interiors are in optimal conditions according to standards (seat belts, seats, steering wheel, lever, stereo, etc.)

In case of finding new findings or damages in the car that require repair, it is responsible to submit the failure report back to the workshop controller

Supporting Service Advisors in providing Technical Explanation to the customers
What you´ll need
-
3-5 years of Experience in automotive
-
Completed diploma in automotive or Mechanical Engineering
-
Experience in mechanical, body and paint related jobs
