Job Position: SITE ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on engineering matters related to real estate development projects.
• Review project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.
• Analyze project feasibility studies, cost estimates, and budget proposals.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, feasibility studies, and technical proposals.
• Evaluate and recommend sustainable and cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Stay updated on advancements in engineering technology and best practices.
• Support the procurement process by evaluating bids and proposals from contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Structural Engineering
• Auto CAD
• Graphic Designing
