Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, who can develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation.
• Manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In) by creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating new techniques and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience preferences.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget management, to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, industry partners, and relevant stakeholders to expand brand reach and foster collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Development of marketing collateral, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and promotional materials, to support overall marketing efforts.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Language: Flaunt English is a Must.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year.
