We require a Breakfast Manager to greet & seat customers and residents of the hotel. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in La Mon Hotel as a whole.
About The Role
Breakfast Manager Responsibilities Include:
Job Title: Breakfast Manager
Responsible to: Senior Management / Directors
Main Purpose: To oversee the morning and lunchtime service periods. To ensure the expected high standards of customer service, health & safety, cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the hotel.
Breakfast Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise Breakfast operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Effectively control the flow of customers and the interaction between the front and back of house throughout service
• Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
• Assist Food & Hygiene training and development of team members
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health & safety legislation
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Required Criteria

• Right to Work in the United Kingdom
• Must have a professional appearance
• Need transportation due to location

Desired Criteria

• Previous experience serving food and beverages
