Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week)

Expected Apprenticeship duration: 18 months

DHL Aviation are currently recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice, to join our Process department at our site at London Heathrow, on a fixed term contract for the duration of the Apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities:

• Data Entry
• Administration
• Running Reports
• Supporting NCC (Network Control Centre)
• Assisting with projects
• Following up and responding to queries
• Assisting with Global Standard Operating Platform reviews
• Working with airlines and ground handlers
• Working with in-house DHL systems
• All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.

Training you will undertake includes:

• End-Point Assessment (EPA): Knowledge test, Portfolio based interview, Project presentation
• Delivery Method: Online portfolio to update with learning and development, diarised virtual appointments with a dedicated Learning Coach, attendance to training sessions, workshops, masterclasses (online)
• Additional training to take place to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours in accordance with this Apprenticeship standard

Qualifications that you'll gain:

• Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard

Additional information:

• Flexibility with working hours may be required. We operate 24/7 and you may occasionally be asked to work outside of your normal working pattern

You’ll bring to this role:

• GCSE (or equivalent UK Level 2 qualifications) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths. Evidence of certificates must be provided
• Strong Numeracy and Analytical skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Problem solving abilities
• A safety first attitude
• You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required
