A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our Business Transformation Team in either our Hull, Leeds, Birmingham or Glasgow office; leading the review of all operations and improving rradar systems and processes to maximise efficiency and revenue.
The successful candidate will come on board with expertise in the business analysis of high performing software development solutions. Providing a crucial link between the customer requirements, development, and testing teams.
The Opportunity:
As Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Transformation team, with duties that include:
Analysis and documentation of existing processes to determine areas for improvement.

• Preparation and delivery of reports to key stakeholders detailing findings and suggested improvements. You will act as primary liaison between the project / implementation team and key stakeholders. This will include ensuring that detailed requirements are properly scoped.
• Developing, documenting and implementing new processes to meet the business's needs. This may require challenging requirements and assumptions provided by the business.
• In conjunction with the testing team, developing comprehensive end-to-end test scripts and overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements.
• Working with the training and L&D teams to ensure that process and systems changes meet the needs of the business and users training needs.

Required skills and qualifications:
We are looking for a confident communicator, someone who makes sense of complex ideas and conveys them to others in a way that is easy to understand.
Essential skills include:

• 5+ years’ experience in a business analyst or change role.
• Experience implementing change.
• Experience of end-to-end change delivery and customer journey mapping.
• Business process mapping, requirements gathering and capture, experience of writing user stories.
• Strong stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving and analytically minded including the ability to break down complex work into smaller manageable sections.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Project management skills.
• Strong academics, including undergraduate degree level qualification or equivalent.

Desirable skills include:

• Exposure to Salesforce and the supporting data infrastructure.
• Experience of delivering change in the legal industry.
• Business Analyst qualifications.
