## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of clients.

## Duties
- Support clients with personal care tasks in line with individual care plans
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment within their home
- Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare proffesionals
- Driving to clients homes in the community.
- Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting
## Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desired but not essential
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and documentation
- Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.22-£13.26 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 45 per week
