Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum

The role will be based around messaging/calling customers, handling queries and working with dispatch team to ensure we delight customers. The ideal candidate will work well within the Customer Success & Dispatch Teams to deliver effective, prompt and friendly service.
Responsibilities:
Customer phone calls
Answer customer phone calls and help resolve all queries presented
Customer messages
Working with CS team to ensure all customer communications are responded to as per the BD service standards in a timely manner
Problem solving
Communicating with customers to diagnose and resolve any issues they may face

Requirements:
- Proactive and responsible
- Great phone skills - we are a phone first company who love to get in front of our customers to delight them
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT literate and comfortable using multiple systems
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- 2+ years experience working in a similar role
- Flexible and adaptable to the dynamic nature of a startup environment
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £33,000 per annum.
