Are you looking for part time work? Do you love working with children & enjoy being outdoors? We are looking for part time qualified or unqualified early years practitioners to join our team based at Treehoppers in East Grinstead.
You might be an experienced early years teacher looking for part time hours or looking ahead for when you leave school/college/university. Or you may be looking to retrain for a new career. You will need to be available Monday- Friday.
Treehoppers is a Forest Kindergarten for children aged 2 and over. You don’t need to be the next Bear Grylls or Chris Packham but you do need to be someone who loves working with children, likes being outdoors and doesn’t mind getting muddy. In fact getting muddy is part of the job description! You must be enthusiastic when you are presented with a stick, leaf, worm, endless cups of muddy tea or soup and happy to read lots of books, join in with singing, play games and run around.
If you are an unqualified applicant but keen to study for a recognised qualification we can help with this - you could choose to study a Level 2 or 3 Early Years Qualification, so that you earn while you learn. A Forest School qualification is not necessary for this role as there will be opportunities to undertake training in the future.

Salary: £12- 13.49 per hour (dependent on age, qualifications & experience)
