Your responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Set and communicate a compelling product vision for the domain that aligns with and contributes to the company’s strategic objectives. Innovate to expand market reach.

• Market Research: Establish advanced product discovery frameworks that enhance team effectiveness and business understanding.

• Prioritization: Directly manage and refine the strategic prioritization of key initiatives, ensuring all team efforts are cohesively aligned with domain and company priorities.

• Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-organizational alignment on product vision and strategy, fostering growth and integration across non-engineering domains.

• Data Analytics and Interpretation: Guide teams in establishing and following through on impactful KPIs tailored to drive significant business outcomes.

• Operational Excellence: Instill a culture of strategic alignment and data-driven decision-making, maintaining relentless focus on operational excellence and product impact.

• People Development: Actively manage the development and performance of the product team, recruiting top talent and fostering professional growth through effective leadership and personalized development plans.

• Mastery in product delivery practices, including working with iterative approaches and hypothesis-driven development to optimize product launches.

• Has deep mastery over the product development lifecycle with extensive experience in implementing and scaling agile methodologies across multiple teams and product lines. Champions agile methodologies to foster a dynamic and collaborative environment that accelerates time to market and improves product quality.
