The Private Patient Outpatient physiotherapy service is highly regarded within the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Band 7 physiotherapist to join Therapy and Rehabilitation services in a part time role – 3 days a week (22.5 hours) to triage assess and treat private outpatients; seeing patients within the Private Consulting rooms, via telehealth and in the patients home. The post holder will work closely with the private therapy team on the private ward (Bloomsbury).

This vacancy has been advertised in accordance with the new NHS pay rate which will take effect from autumn 2024. Please note if your employment starts before the 24/25 pay scales are implemented you will be paid under the 23/24 pay scales and any backpay will be adjusted accordingly. This position offers the opportunity to further advance skills in the assessment and management of patients with a wide range of complex and rare neurological disabilities.

Effective communication and a positive approach to the management of complex disability are essential.
