Are you a confident, outgoing, team player looking for a role where they can deliver great customer service and be a multi-tasker? The city centre ibis Birmingham Bordesley Circus is looking for a new Guest Services Assistant on a casual basis, with a salary £11.44 per hour plus benefits.
Officially known as a Guest Service Assistant (GSA), you will be the beating heart of our hotel; and have an opportunity to get involved in everything; from preparing food in the kitchen, serving at Reception, to helping our guests with any questions they may have and maintaining a clean and safe work environment?
You’ll need to be great at juggling tasks and turning your hand to many different things.
We’re looking for individuals who can really shine in a busy setting, who are comfortable and confident in meeting and engaging with new people and who have a passion for great customer service.
There are no specific education or qualification requirements for this job, but it would be advantageous if you have previously worked in a customer-facing role and have the following preferred skills;

• flexibility in your work pattern
