Pinnacle Group are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Property Manager to assist the Property Manager in providing a comprehensive housing management service for a portfolio of properties. This role will take the lead for property administration under the guidance of the Property Manager and collaborating with the multiple teams and information streams to ensure that the properties are being managed to the expected contract standards. The role will entail supporting the collection of property management data during the acquisition phase, inspecting and documenting property conditions and consult with other teams and contractors.
This is a full time, remote role to work 1 day a week in the office at Slough and travel to sites as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Communicates with tenants regarding property-related issues.
• Co-ordination with tenants and third parties to address maintenance and facility needs.
• Update and maintaining records of new and existing tenants.
• Ensure excellent customer service is at the forefront of all interactions and assist with successfully onboarding residents to their new homes
• Supporting the collection of property management data during the Acquisition phase.

Key requirements:

• Good understanding of the housing legislation
• Relevant experience in the housing/property sector
• Effifiency in Microsoft Packages
• Resilient and positive in a demanding and changing environment, with the capacity to deliver results to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Exposure to financial and commercial disciplines in an operational delivery context.
