**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an entry-level Junior Project Manager to assist in overseeing and managing air conditioning projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will support the project management team in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in planning and coordinating air conditioning projects under the guidance of senior project managers
- Support internal teams and third-party vendors for smooth project execution
- Help track project progress and update project plans
- Assist in managing project documentation and ensuring it is up to date
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates
- Help identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
**Requirements:**
- A keen interest in project management and the air conditioning sector of the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior team members
- A degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not essential
