Job Title: Learning and Development Business Partner
Type: Permanent
Location: Cheadle Hulme, SK8 6RQ
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused professional to spearhead our digital transformation.
In this role, you will coach and mentor stakeholders to success, collaborating with key partners to deliver continuous improvement.
Your expertise in learning and development will be crucial in enhancing performance and supporting our commitment to continuous development. Join us in shaping the future!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll use your expertise in L&D to:
  • Work in partnership with the Senior L&D BP to execute an L&D strategy to meet current and future business need.
  • Operate as a business partner or internal consultant to understand the digital literacy and needs of the business, procuring, designing and delivering learning and development activity to support this.
  • Maximise the ‘as is’ learning and development eco-system at Seashell, taking advantage of opportunities to embed digital or blended learning solutions, whilst keeping abreast of upcoming technologies that we might take advantage of as our eco-system changes.
What we’re looking for:
  • A knowledge of the Charity, Care and Education sector
  • Passion for coaching and developing stakeholders
  • Strong experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Previous experience delivering digital maturity projects
  • A demonstratable background in training and delivery both in person and virtually
  • Strong relationship and rapport building skills Influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with a digital focus
  • Working knowledge of learning and leadership theory and models, with the ability to apply practically to respond to needs
  • Experience of working with a variety of Learner Management systems, ideally with Learner Experience features.
  • Tact and discretion, when dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and process management skills.
