As a Linen Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel.

• Assisting Room Attendants in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards.
• Collecting and delivering linen across all departments of the hotel.
• Sorting and separating used linen to be returned to our laundry team.
• Maintaining stock levels in all linen cupboards.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ensure all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Provide excellent service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Keep linen supplies well-organised and manage time effectively.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
