Loyalty Analyst Internship

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Loyalty Analyst Intern to join our Loyalty and CRM team based in London.

As a Loyalty Analyst Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our Loyalty and CRM team, unraveling the secrets hidden within customer data. Your analytical skills will be the driving force behind our customer-centric strategies, optimizing our loyalty program.

Key responsibilities:

Crafting insights through the analysis of loyalty program effectiveness

Uncovering customer behavior trends to fine-tune communication and promotional strategies

Mastering customer segmentation and audience analysis

Leveraging cutting-edge tools like Tableau and Adobe Analytics for data visualization and reporting

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure loyalty program success

Job requirements:

A recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

A flair for analytical thinking and problem-solving

Proficiency in SQL and experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)

Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Adeptness in MS Office Suite

Exceptional organizational and communication skills, thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments

Bonus for previous internship experience in ecommerce, data analysis, or CRM
Start date: ASAP
