Founded in 2011, ECIGW Ltd has grown to become one of the largest online and offline retailers in the UK with 4 websites. We are one of the largest stockists of electronic cigarettes and e-liquids in the UK and Europe, currently supplying more than 600 independently owned vape stores as well as over 80 private white label e-liquid clients. Added to this, we also have over 50 company-owned and franchise stores across the UK.

This role is located in our Peterborough office, reporting to the Marketing Manager. We are looking for a creative, and passionate Marketing Executive to drive and manage all marketing activity including but not limited to email, loyalty, content affiliates, and advertising campaigns.
You will be a highly driven and motivated individual bursting with creativity, a keen attention to detail, and a master of visual problem solving while keeping a cool head under pressure!
Key Responsibilities

• Planning web, email and display advertising campaigns
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, member communications, and our loyalty scheme members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
• Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Forecast growth and report ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Create Marketing Campaigns for 10+ Micro Sites
• Keep abreast of digital marketing trends and web technologies
• Monitoring competitor’s digital campaigns
• Close dialogue with sales, headquarters and business partners
• Seek new ways to drive traffic to the site and opportunities to increase conversions
• Supporting retail stores and partners with marketing materials

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong organisational, project management, and communication skills with the proven ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Proven ability to prioritise, work independently, and solve problems, working comfortably under pressure
• Ability to solve problems creatively in a fast-paced environment, take initiative to achieve results, meet short deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience performing post activity reviews and delivering detailed analysis to the business.
• High levels of self-motivation with a sense of urgency

Desirable

• Knowledge of the e-cigarette industry
• Familiar with Klaviyo, Shopify and other online platforms
• Experience managing loyalty programs.

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
