The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our growth. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, has a strong grasp of current trends, has excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. The role requires the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, and more.
• Create engaging and informative content, including articles, newsletters, case studies, and customer success stories.
• Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.
• Analyse and report on the performance of marketing activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Work with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce on-brand, high-quality marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Ensure consistency in style, tone, and quality across all marketing content.

About You
To join our professional and collaborative team, you should be:

• Based in the UK, as the role involves travel to customer locations and our office in Stafford (West Midlands).
• Experienced in digital marketing (recent Marketing graduates with relevant skills will also be considered).
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
• A self-motivated team player who can also work independently.
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Skilled in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
• Creative and innovative, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Organised with strong project management skills.
• Knowledgable in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Power Point
• Able to work or learn Adobe Photoshop, Word Press (for basic content updates) and Canva
• Experienced with strong analytical and copywriting skills

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £23,000 - £30,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
