SX3 provide audit, resource and consultancy services to the insurance industry. Our business is expanding, and we are looking to recruit a skilled administrator to support our management team in the successful delivery of our services. SX3 comprises a small team of employees who value straight talking, initiative taking and getting the job done. Once oriented in our business, you’ll be a self-starter and a safe pair of hands for our work. The role is adaptable, working with several managers but under the supervision of the Head of Operations. The role is home based, with flexible working to suit your schedule.
About the Role
This role involves managing tasks, collaborating with different managers to ensure smooth processes, and implementing efficient workflows. Day to day you’ll report to our Head of Operations, but you’ll work to support all of our management team in the successful delivery of our services including administrating our;

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Support the Heads of service pillars in the successful delivery of projects, including task management, invoice / billing processes and project administration.
- Support the Client Services Manager in relation to resource planning, including the allocation of resources to projects, the maintenance of resource skills and contracts.
- Support the Programme Manager in maintaining accurate programme records and project administration.
- Support the Head of Operations in the maintenance of operational documentation, risk & issue logs and certification procedures.
- Recognise opportunities for process enhancement and execute strategies to optimise operational workflows.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, analyse data, and resolve issues.
Required:
- Prior experience within the insurance claims industry.
- Experience in operations / administration management or a related role, showcasing a track record of successful coordination.
- Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks & schedules efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and information dissemination.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Possess robust problem-solving abilities to tackle operational challenges and implement impactful solutions.
- Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams
- Use of Accountancy Software
- Project Management
- Working within a service provider to the insurance claims industry
- Working in a management consultancy or audit service
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
