Key responsibilities:

• All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.
• Supporting with ongoing Ramp Operations projects.
• Liaising with local and regional Compliance teams to support with reporting, audits and quality improvement.
• Engaging with external stakeholders on operational improvements.
• Working with Ramp Management on employee development and internal training.

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join DHL Hubs & Gateways UK.

• Airport Affairs – Working with MAG Airport and other operators ground handling is provided
• Working with internal and EU projects teams
• Local finance reviews and BCAs
• Strong communication across various stakeholder groups – internal and external (EU) 3rd party airlines
• Development and Improvement Safety SSOWs, Risk assessment
• Supporting with Resource Planning and DOP
• KPI Management – OTD, WLF, Density, FOP, PTC
• Data Analysis to provide RCA on operational issue
• Utilisation of First Choice Tools

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end ?

• Level 3 Improvement Technician apprenticeship standard (https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/improvement-technician-v1-1)

End point Assesment (EPA)

Delivery Method :

• Online portfolio to update with learning and development

Qualifications required :
