The Impact You’ll Make: In this role, you will elevate our guests' culinary journey, playing a key role in our guest’s stay. By service food and drinks in the comfort of their room, your mission is to make our guests feel like they are in a home away from home. You will become well-versed in our menu, ready to recommend dishes and answer any guest inquiries. Your goal is to ensure food and drinks are served promptly and with a smile. Empowered to address any issues swiftly, you will ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

Ensuring our food and drinks are perfectly presented before service to guests.

Master our menu and elevated service standards.

Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments on service.

Answer any questions on the menu selection, and confidently make recommendations, with an eye for upselling.

Communicate with the kitchen regarding any questions or allergen requirements, dietary needs and special requests, length of wait and product availability.

Ensure quick, efficient, and satisfying service for all customers.

Prepare the restaurant, bar, and room service areas for each service period, restocking items and following health and safety guidelines.

Uphold the cleanliness of all Food and Beverage outlets.

Who We Are Looking For: We seek an enthusiastic, motivated individual, ideally with experience in hospitality or travel and tourism. The ideal candidate is a team player, a fast learner, adaptable, and has exceptional attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
