[Remote] Full Time Role
Compensation structure:
This is an extremely global position! Although you'll primarily work independently, you’ll get to interact with colleagues and sales leads from every corner of the globe. As a representative of Beyond Academy, your goal is to ensure candidates see the positive impact that our programs will have on their future careers.

- Monthly incentive per successful sales conversion
- Quarterly incentive on hitting team targets

- Leading engaging sales calls with potential customers
- Telling the Beyond Academy story in a way that instills excitement and motivation
- Using creative methods to address concerns and reassure customers
- Continuously engaging with customers post-call to increase chances of sale
- Updating lead records on CRM to ensure you can follow-through to conversion
- This role requires working with US hours, evening shifts are compulsory
- We have a completely open and flexible policy when it comes to education
- Highly Professional English language ability
Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
