Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, convert leads, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven ability to close leads and meet sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the renovation and construction industry
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives- Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners- Conduct needs assessments and present customized solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets- Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in home construction and renovation
- Proven sales performance with a strong track record of converting leads
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
