Location: Huntingdon (PE23)
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 per week
Rate: £14.80 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 months (September until December 2024)

Overview:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic School Administrators to help keep things running smoothly. As a School Admin, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring everything is organised and ready to go for our school vaccination sessions. If you're energetic, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a dynamic role, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:

Morning Prep: Arrive at the office by 8:00 am, collect the vaccination kits, and head to the schools by 8:30.
Transport: Be comfortable with lifting, as you’ll be handling cool bags and suitcases.
Session Set-Up: Meet up with the nurses, collaborate with school staff, and help set up the vaccination session.
Crowd Control: Assist in managing the flow of students coming through for their vaccinations.
Daily Routine: There may be two sessions per day. Afterward, return to the office to drop off equipment.
Active Role: This is an on-your-feet role, so expect to be moving around during the day.

Requirements:

A valid driving licence and car are preferred.
Enhanced DBS certificate is required.
Comfortable with an active role and some physical lifting.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently with both healthcare staff and school personnel.
