Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £14.80 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic School Administrators or Office-Based Admins to join our team in London. As a key part of the team, you will ensure that everything is organised and running smoothly throughout the contract, which runs until the end of December.
Key Responsibilities:

Arrive at the office by 8:00 am, collect vaccination kits, and head to schools by 8:30
Transport cool bags and suitcases containing necessary materials
Collaborate with nurses and school staff to set up vaccination sessions
Manage student flow during vaccination sessions
Return to the office after sessions to complete tasks and return materials
Be prepared for an active, on-your-feet role

Requirements:

Driving licence and car preferred, but not essential
Ability to lift and transport materials
Strong organisational and communication skills
