Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior CV Writer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting customised CVs that reflect Luma CV’s signature style and standards. You might be a former recruiter, HR manager, or simply someone with an interest in the area and a transferable work history. This position is perfect for someone looking for a highly flexible job or a side gig.
Responsibilities:

• Create CVs following the Luma CV style and approach.
• Develop and implement new formatting, styles, typography, and color designs.
• Meet established deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Requirements:

• UK residency is required.
• At least 4+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, professional services, or other relevant sectors.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage your own workload.
• Strong communication skills, particularly in written form.
• High attention to detail
• An interest, or experience, in UX design or design principles is a bonus
