For Sports massage therapist role

PLEASE NOTE: This role is designed for those with a Level 4 or higher in soft tissue therapy. This must be accompanied by additional CPDs in advanced deep tissue or similar. For this role you must be based within the M25 of London.
Our company is seeking two highly experienced sports massage therapists who are highly skilled and experienced in the craft of sports massage, deep tissue massage and another therapeutic massage technique (eg. Pregnancy, trigger pointing, table Thai, etc.). For this role you must have a thorough knowledge of all sports massage techniques, conducting postural assessment and deep tissue massage. You will need to have the ability to work a between 16 - 24 hours Mon-Fri, as well as two weekends per month and occasional bank holidays.
Daily Duties include:

• Work in the studio providing sports, holistic and deep tissue massage to all clients
• Providing treatments off-site during events
• Maintain studio space, ambience, quality cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide adequate aftercare advice to clients
• Provide excellent customer service by answering all queries via phone, or in-person regarding Bodied services
• Participate in local and national community events that raise awareness of bodywork in minority communities, as well as building the Bodied brand
• Securely open and close the studio in accordance with employee and building management guidance
• Prepare, pack and unpack studio linens from laundry service provider
• Communicate with other colleagues regarding studio and shift updates
• Communicate confidently and clearly with clients regarding treatment plans and aftercare advice
• Participate in team building exercises and staff and independent training and development

Interviews and trials will be taking place until late August. Extensive training and development will be provided where necessary.

Pay: £26.00-£28.00 per hour
