What does the job involve?
Experienced Personal Care assistant needed for 10 hours a week for a disabled lady in a wheelchair to help around the house, domestic care, personal care, light shopping . Knowledge of manual handling essential. The candidate will need to have experience working with disabled people in their own home
The candidate should be trustworthy, very compassionate and respectful. They will need to have a professional work ethic with the highest regard to confidentiality
Hours and schedule to be discussed with the employer
Proof of entitlement to work in the UK will be required as well as checkable references.
Hours / days: 10 hours a week – mainly lunch time and evening Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour.
Skills / experience / qualifications required: Must have have worked with disabled people and wheelchair users and have a proven record of experience as a care assistant
