We are recruiting a Team Manager to our Children and Families Social Work team in Ammanford - a busy team with responsibility for child protection, care experienced children and children in need of care and support.
We are looking for an inspiring, enthusiastic and energetic person who can work collaboratively and guide and motivate a team to deliver a quality service to children, young people and their families, holding social workers to a high standard of practice.
In return you will receive regular supervision, training and support and there will be opportunities for your professional development.
The successful applicant will have a social work qualification, extensive experience in children’s social work practice and experience of supervising the work of others.
