As a Team member , you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing delicious desserts, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting from our wide range of delectable desserts.
• Prepare desserts according to our recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency with every order.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utlise our point-of-sale system.
• Keep the dessert display area stocked, tidy, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service or retail environment required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £8.60-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 18 per week
