Job Description
Tessuti, a leading fashion retailer specializing in designer clothing and accessories, is seeking a Temporary Casual Sales Assistant to join our team in Warrington, United Kingdom. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic retail environment and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, assisting clients with their shopping needs and inquiries
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product range, current fashion trends, and designer brands
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently to process sales transactions
• Assist in maintaining the store's visual presentation, including merchandising and restocking
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Adapt to varying work schedules and peak shopping periods with a flexible attitude
• Participate in inventory management tasks as required
• Stay informed about promotional activities and communicate them effectively to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience
• Familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Keen interest in fashion and awareness of current trends in designer clothing and accessories
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and assist with store maintenance tasks
