In this role, you will be responsible for operating Tik Tok livestreams on our various channels. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of social media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, or Xiaohongshu/Weibo/Wechat, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and interact with audiences in real-time. A passion for fashion is also helpful.
Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule livestreams on the Tik Tok platform, coordinating with content creators, influencers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Engage with viewers during livestreams, responding to comments, questions, and interactions to foster a lively and interactive community experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to integrate product promotions, flash sales, and other marketing initiatives into the livestream, and increase sales.
• Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during livestreams, implementing solutions quickly to minimise disruptions to the broadcast.
• Analyse livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, and audience demographics, to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Help with product selection for the livestreams based on viewer feedback and data.
• Stay informed about Tik Tok livestreaming trends, features, and best practices, incorporating new strategies and techniques to optimise livestream performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with audiences effectively in real-time. (Chinese language a bonus).
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously during the livestream.
• Ability to direct and instruct presenters on camera in a professional/ friendly manner.
• Previous livestream or social media experience preferred. An interest and commercial awareness of Tik Tok.

This is a part time or full time, office based job, located in central London.
Our office is a 5 minute walk from Waterloo Station.
