Job Summary:
Textron’s Environmental Health and Safety Leadership Development Programis a2-year commitment with 12-month rotationswithin our seven business units: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, Textron, and Textron Inc. Participants must be geographically mobile as locations vary based on business needs.Whilein theprogram, you will receive on-the-job andprofessionaltraining to aid in your development, have opportunities to lead andparticipatein impactful projects, and network withcolleaguesacross the globe. Additionally, you will have a dedicated Program Manager to guide your experience and an assigned mentor tohelp support your growth.Your experience will be unique and personalized based on yourcareerand business needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
Participate and drive business outcomes in two twelve-month rotations,with assignments in areas including but not limited to: Environmental Compliance, Workplace Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Workers Compensation, Sustainability, Hazardous Waste Management, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, Disability Managementand Local & Federal Regulation Compliance
Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills.
Work within a team setting under guidance from your assignedmanager.
Qualifications

Mobility :
Applicants must be willing and able torelocatefor all rotational assignments and have flexibility to travel/live anywhere in the U.S. This flexibility will result in dynamic rotations thatprovidebroad exposure and further develop functional and leadership skills.
