Analyze Account Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is tasked with demoing the product, managing the onboarding of new accounts, delivery of the product and meet account retention goals on behalf of ABB Analyze, a division of ABB OPTICAL GROUP. The Account Manager will provide value-added services by educating accounts on proper billing techniques, importance of measuring and tracking goals/performance, and support accounts on the utilization of their dashboard.
Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.
  • Make outbound calls to assigned accounts & prospective clients
  • Effectively troubleshoot and provide resolution support for customer issues in a timely fashion
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure product delivery
  • Maintain high level of accuracy
  • Inform current customers of new features, enhancements, and updates to educate and retain accounts
  • Understand client needs and requirements and create solutions that may better service their needs
  • Follow up on all account needs in a timely manner and track progress
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Participate in ongoing department training and assessment programs
  • Keep reference guides organized and current
  • Meet or exceed all key performance metrics set by the department
  • Report inconsistencies and inefficiencies and escalate issues to management
  • Actively participate in team discussions; provide feedback to improve the work environment
  • Comply with the Attendance Policy and adhere to established department goals and guidelines
  • Adhere to company policy and guidelines.
  • Perform Product Demos online with prospective customers
  • Travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Requires PC proficiency in a windows based environment
  • At least two years of customer service experience
  • Requires proficiency with general PC usage and applications including share screen connection
  • Ability to adapt to change and unexpected demands of the business
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Ability to resolve customer conflict issues in a tactful and professional manner
  • Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems while performing on the job
  • Optical Experience, including billing and management of an Eye Care Practice
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated job progression
  • Prior territory management (managing a base of accounts)
  • A record of success in previous roles
  • Experience using practice management systems (e.g. Officemate, Revolution, Crystal PM)
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) System experience
For US Candidates
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $21.63
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
