• Facilitate new hire orientation to include safety, policies and procedures, knife skills, food safety, etc.
• Complete required documentation for training sessions; assimilate new team members to assigned jobs.
• Follow-up on a daily basis with hourly team members on the production floor.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry for training tracking, etc.
• Plan and schedule participants and specific training programs.
• Monitor and track performed training. Assist in developing and updating Job Safety Analysis and job breakdown sheets.
• Ensure all needed training material is in stock.

• Max of two (2) previous Tyson employments.
• 90 days (3 months) waiting period.
