We looking for an experienced Full Time Assistant Manager to join our team. This Monday-Friday position is available at one of our Boise locations; a multiple property portfolio of 245 Market units, all based in the Treasure Valley.

Leasing Agent/Assistant Property Manager responsibilities:

• Interacting directly with prospective and current residents and providing excellent service
• Assisting with apartment tours, move-ins, and lease renewals
• Processing applications, preparing lease agreements
• Maintaining up-to-date resident files
• Preparing and delivering notices to residents
• Deposit rent payments if needed
• Assist in coding of incoming invoices & receipts
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
• Following all fair housing laws (training provided)

Requirements:

• Experience in Property Management a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task efficienctly
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must pass background check & illicit drug screening
