The B2B2C Marketing Director will be responsible to lead and drive our marketing initiatives aimed at both business and consumer audiences. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive business growth, and foster strong relationships with both B2B partners and end consumers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B2C marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.


What You’ll Do:
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and build lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive awareness, enrollment, and engagement customer partners to meet their utilization and ROI program goals
  • Set the strategy for Vori’s optimized member engagement tactics/approach to B2B2C outreach
  • Present these plans to clients within client and prospect meetings
  • Adapt plans as needed throughout the year to ensure we are driving the right level of program utilization
  • Manage third party vendor relationships that execute on different aspects of multichannel campaigns – Print, Data Enrichment, Data Analytics, Outbound calling, Social, etc.
  • Work closely with all internal team members involved in delivering on the member engagement outreach as well as the team communicating directly with the client – ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and to the expectations of the client
  • Drive a thoughtful, measurable marketing experimentation roadmap; be bold, creative and unafraid to test new strategies (creative, targeting, channels, etc.) that drive accelerated positive outcomes for our members and Vori.
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize outreach performance, including layout, format, content, and timing.
  • Utilize segmentation strategies to personalize email communications based on member demographics, behaviors, and healthcare needs.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, sign ups and completed visits) to optimize future campaigns.
  • Continuously test and learn
  • Measure and report on impact of marketing initiatives on a routine basis; sharing winning strategies with our cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Tackle big projects - build processes, playbooks and mechanisms - that benefit the rest of the marketing and customer success teams

Who You Are:
Required:
  • 10+ years of member marketing experience; experience in employer benefits and/or health plan member Marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker
  • Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production with internal and external partners
  • A willingness to take initiative and run with things when faced with ambiguity or change
  • Growth mindset with passion for testing and learning to better enable marketing performance growth
  • A strong focus on the detail
Nice-to-Haves:
  • A passion for MSK health with a key focus on always putting our members first
  • A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
  • Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.
