Location: Remote, New York
Strive High is a leading provider of behavior analysis services, specializing in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Strive High family. As a 1099 contractor, you will design, develop, and monitor comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision to our team of Behavioral Technicians and mid-tier Behavior Intervention Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and refine individualized behavior programs, ensuring they meet client goals effectively.
- Conduct regular supervision and training sessions for staff and families, enhancing program impact and educational support.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective treatment.
- Develop and update treatment plans based on continuous client progress analysis.
- Complete required documentation and participate in progress meetings and staff development sessions.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of documentation and adherence to ethical standards.
- Maintain active BCBA certification and comply with all professional and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (Required).
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required).
- Completed 8-hour supervision training (Required).
- Medicaid Credentialed (Required).
- Valid New York State Behavior Analyst License (Required).
-Cantonese/Mandorin Speaking (Required).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Experience in applied behavior analysis and working with individuals with developmental disorders.
- Experience working with children and/or individuals with disabilities.
- Demonstrated strengths in providing strong analytic services, with a keen ability to synthesize complex data and generate action plans.
- Exceptional independent thinking and problem-solving skills, capable of navigating challenging situations and developing innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in supervising and mentoring a team of behavioral technicians and BIS’s.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing.
- Understanding of the use and application of standardized and criterion-referenced assessment tools
-Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
- Ability to modulate energy levels to align with the needs of each client, ensuring engagement and effective interaction. This includes dynamically adjusting to high-energy clients requiring active, stimulating activities, as well as providing calm, focused attention for those needing quieter, more sedentary interaction.
- Reliable electronic device for data collection and analysis.
- Ability to be in a seated position for periods of time up to 2 hours.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $80.00 - $115.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
