About Us: W. Baker Holdings is a regional family-owned real estate investment company seeking an organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking individual to join our team and provide the main accounting and administrative support. In this role, you will be a generalist with responsibilities in several key areas, including property management, leasing, accounting, and contract management.

You will also support various other tasks needed by our affiliated company, Southeastern Equipment, which may include travel planning, event coordination, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

Billing commercial lease customers and maintaining the books

Communicating with tenants

Working with trusts

Preparing documents, forms, and contracts

Bank reconciliations

Creating and maintaining an organized filing system

Keeping lists and following through with long-term tasks

Collaborating with the WB Holdings team (accounting, sales, service, administration) and taking over tasks as required

Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel (including formula and pivot table knowledge), and Quick Books (online).

2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate, leasing, or property management preferred

Cheerful, friendly, and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn

Customer Service Experience

Skilled typist with meticulous attention to data entry

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Associate degree in accounting or related business subjects
