Our notable clients are throughout the United States, with some having a global presence. Immediate opportunity for experienced Call Center/Customer Service Agents. We are a 24-hour live Agent call center servicing. Agents are required to be flexible ~ will be required to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). We are also looking for ALL shifts. Schedules are set to ensure an excellent work life balance. This is a full-time position. The office is adjacent to 294; Cicero Avenue; 127th St. Public transportation is available. However, having your own reliable transportation to ensure reliability is important.
Additional qualifications:
Starting salary is dependent on the following
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- 1 or more years in call center environment preferably using Infinity Call Center Software
- Keyboard entry speed of 40 wpm error-free
- Excellent communication skills including proper diction, grammar, spelling, listening skills, attention to detail, judgment, adaptability, teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience helpful in the following EMR software: Athena, Modernizing Medicine, e Clinicals, Next Gen, Acuity.
- Must have your own reliable transportation. We are seeking mature dedicated individuals for these positions who are real team players.'
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
