Client Service Representative

Budget Blinds, nationally, is the number one window covering franchise in North America. Locally, due to significant growth Budget Blinds of Lancaster and York is currently the 18th largest franchise out of 1,040 Budget Blinds franchises in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lancaster, with the willingness to travel and cover our York location when necessary. We are looking for a hard working, detail oriented individual whose main focus is providing exemplary customer service and is interested in thriving in a team oriented, locally owned and operated business. The schedule is Monday through Thursday 9:30am -5:00pm, Friday 9:30am -4:00pm and at least 1 Saturday a month from 10am-2pm. If interested please respond with resume.
Duties
- Greet, assist and educate clients in the showroom
- Maintain a clean and well arranged showroom
- Dust and reset displays in the showroom
- Establish positive comfort level with the customer
- Schedule appointments for Design Consultants
- Provide estimates, and process payments
- Provide a pleasant telephone experience
- Manage the Budget Blinds internal CRM system
- Provide administrative support to our Operations Manager
- Promptly respond to customer interactions, including email and maintaining efficient communication.
- Mailing New Customer Thank You Cards.
- Organize our internal Realtor Program
- Post occasionally to our Social Media platforms
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing the right solution to everyone you encounter.
- Easily engage and maintain conversation
- Positive attitude
- Pleasant telephone presence
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail orientated with good organizational skills
- Computer skills including experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, Google Calendar and navigating multiple screens.
- Proficient in data entry
- Demonstrate character and integrity in all actions
- Experience in the windows covering industry or design a plus
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.5 – 40.5 per week
