Grounded in clinical excellence, doctors in the Allied OMS network maintain essential roles in management, governance, and clinical practice and participate directly in the platform's growth. Seventy-five percent of the Allied OMS board of directors are doctor members, and Allied OMS doctors lead 100% of the platform's management committees.
Founded in 2020 in partnership with Dune Glass Capital, a healthcare services-focused independent sponsor, the Allied OMS network now includes 60 doctors serving patients from 42 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

The Role And You
The Clinical Recruiting Coordinator is an entry-level position within the HR team. This role will assist with recruiting needs at our various practice locations throughout the US and support the VP of HR and the Marketing team administratively with oral surgeon recruiting initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, presenting them to practice leadership, and streamlining the offer and onboarding process for new hires. In addition, this person will gain exposure to credentialing for new surgeons joining the platform. The Clinical Recruiting Coordinator will be a forward thinker who assists in streamlining current processes and procedures within the HR department's recruiting arm. This person will build relationships with all departments and practices by resolving questions and communicating regularly and on time. The Clinical Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with various departments on deliverables while reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources.
Requirements: What You'll Do

Partner with key stakeholders such as doctor-owners, senior leadership, and the HR team to streamline implementation and process improvement
Facilitate sourcing (posting jobs, conducting initial interviews, and presentation of candidates to hiring managers), placement, and assisting HR team members and practice leadership with onboarding of new hires
Partner with a third-party credentialing company for any new oral surgeon hires
Achieve quarterly targets as determined by the VP of HR
Draft job descriptions and create a repository to ensure consistency across the platform
Manage job boards and position postings daily
Ensure data integrity of ATS
Provide weekly updates to the VP of HR to ensure business needs are met

What You'll Bring

A bachelor's degree in business, communication, or another related field is strongly preferred
1 - 3 years of healthcare recruiting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a deadline-oriented, multi-task environment
Proven ability to interact with all levels of management and other staff
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
A proactive and self-driven attitude toward accomplishing your goals
Comfortable cold-calling potential candidates
