LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Club Manager. (Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration). Responsibilities of Club Managers include:
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
  • Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.
L.A. Fitness offers a motivating work environment, competitive pay and complimentary gym membership. Requirements for Club Manager include:
  • At least a 4-year college degree.
  • Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts.
  • Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be courteous and tactful.
  • Exceptional telephone skills
  • Highly organized
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • This position if full time with benefits. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9 am - 6 pm and Friday 8 am - 5 pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
