Licensed agents that join Palms Realty are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with company leads provided. Palms Realty is an exclusive partner with one of the top lead sources in the country.
We provide the training and support to help you convert leads and close deals. Providing intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems so you can start closing 2-3 deals each month. Palms Realty offers training & education to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game.
2024 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless - if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, following our systems and processes licensed agents are consistently able to ratify 2-3 contracts each month with the leads we are able to provide.

Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
Maintain your Real Estate License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,680.44 - $104,754.93 per year
