Requirements:
- Position requires employee to work on site at our Berlin, CT location.
- Applicants must have 1-2 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
- Applicant needs to be self-motivated, energetic, and a team player for a fast paced, growing Company.
- Knowledge of Direct Mail Industry is beneficial.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's Degree in (CS) Computer Science or MIS (Management information Systems) (Preferred)
- Microsoft SQL, My SQL, or Oracle: 1 year (Preferred)
- Database administration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Integrate specific procedures for loading/transferring data from internal and external sources into production databases.
- Enhance existing database records for the presentation of a high quality personalized direct mail piece.
- Create queries to identify errors in the data and update records accordingly.
- Ability to work independently to meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to ensure projects are completed accurately and timely.
- Attention to detail is necessary.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
