Digital Marketing Coordinator

As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing web and email campaigns to achieve our commercial objectives. You will help to grow our event customer databases, nurture leads, and increase conversions. Partnering closely with our brand marketers, you will gain insights into our audiences, collaborate on strategies to effectively reach them, interpret performance data, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
How you'll make an impact:
- Design, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing and commercial strategies and are user-friendly.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, striving for excellence in execution while meeting established deadlines and brand guidelines.
- Develop proficiency in email and web marketing channels to enhance campaigns and meet commercial goals.
- Perform list segmentation and audience analysis to improve targeting and engagement for email campaigns.
- Manage website content, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Monitor email and website performance metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Utilize testing and analytics to provide data-driven insights for enhancing performance and driving conversions.
- Adapt marketing strategies based on analytics, customer feedback, and industry trends, while implementing new tools for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and data teams to enhance first-party data acquisition, deliver conversions and leverage insights for strategic innovations.
- Serve as a brand and product advocate for email and web, aligning with brand goals and sharing best practices through ongoing education.
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability to learn about products, customers, and technologies to foster innovation and challenge the status quo.
- Develop strong partnerships and work closely with fellow Digital Marketing Coordinators to ensure seamless support for all brands, including assisting team members with their brands during peak periods.
- Actively participate in digital marketing team meetings to share insights and best practices, and brainstorm innovative solutions.
The skills & experience you'll need:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, email marketing software, etc.) – Pardot, Wordpress, ASP a plus!
- Basic HTML coding experience for email
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Solid understanding of UI standards and trends across all devices, platforms, and email providers.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques to enhance digital marketing efforts
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Eager to learn and implement new testing methodologies and strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
