What You'll Do:
Are you a driven, customer-focused individual with a talent for sales and a passion for business success? As a Commercial Finance Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting entrepreneurs with the funding they need to achieve their goals.

Cultivate strong relationships with business owners as their trusted financial partner
Assess unique financing needs and craft tailored funding solutions
Guide clients through a seamless application process with expert assistance
Collaborate with our underwriting team to ensure efficient funding
Consistently exceed sales targets and drive results

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving skills to address complex financial needs
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Preferred (but not required):

1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems
Basic understanding of business financial statements

Compensation:

Commission range: $84,000 - $240,000 per year (depending on performance)
Comprehensive benefits package

Job Details:

Full-time, 1099 contract position
Monday to Friday schedule
Fully remote work setting
100% commission based
