Event Marketing Assistant

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Entry Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our team to enhance the client's donation and enrollment goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting community based events, meeting with existing donors who support our cause, increasing awareness for our charity partners cause among the local community, answering questions and concerns, and providing profound customer service.
Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Assist with community events with the goal of increasing new and repeat donors
Educate community members about our non-profit partners programs, mission, and purpose
Respond to community members and customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Collaborate with other Event Assistants to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills
Gather donor feedback regarding the sign-up process to relay to upper management in order to improve the customer experience

Qualifications of the Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, communications, or nonprofit management preferred
1+ years of experience working as a Community Volunteer, Fundraiser, or Event Assistant
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
Has a passion for the charity partner's mission and values
Willingness to learn and grow within the role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $49,360.71 per week

Ability to Relocate:

Riviera Beach, FL: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
