Job Description: FPCC (Fraud Prevention Case Coordinator)

Position Summary:
As a FPCC (Fraud Prevention Case Coordinator) on this program, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to:

Complete CARE traveler fraud reviews of case information

in accordance with standards and guidance developed by the Bureau of Consular Affairs for fraud reviews of visa applicants

Document appropriate information, review interagency documentation on a traveler’s background/assessments and develop case relevant packages and detailed written reports for submission to the client and interagency for adjudication.
Conduct further inquiry into cases where fraud is noted and coordinate with other State Department Bureaus and interagency organizations to share information on a traveler’s background.
Work with the PM/DPM and supported government stakeholders to ensure contract deliverables are understood, delivery timelines / quality goals are met, and emerging requirements are identified.
Follow all workplace policies and procedures.
Conduct training and professional development activities as required.
Ensure compliance across the worksite.
Answer inquiries from potential project partners.
Prepare and submits reports as per guidelines.
This position will be a hybrid of 50% on-site in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and 50% virtual work

Requirements:

Must maintain an active Secret security clearance.
Requisite experience on relevant information systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
Knowledge of State Department offices and Interagency organizations with the ability to coordinate with them for sharing fraud related reporting of CARE program applicants
Ability to identify inconsistencies with subject background information and make corrections.
Possess strong oral and written communications skills with experience in interviewing.
